#ad With March just around the corner, I have to say I’ve been consistently exercising since the new year thanks to the @silverandfit program!🎉 As soon as I get home from work, I do some form of exercise that alleviates my stress and gets me to a good mental space. The bonus is that I’m physically becoming stronger and feeling more energetic.

#ad Last night I tried a different Silver&Fit workout called Low Impact Cardio. I loved it because after decades of dancing and gymnastics, my joints cannot handle high impact exercising anymore. Cardio is an essential part of exercise to strengthen your heart and pulmonary systems, and low impact doesn’t mean low energy. I highly recommend this program to my senior friends – so many FREE workouts to choose from on YouTube!
