I’ve always loved mixing up my workouts. I easily get bored, and I know that firing up different muscle groups is key in getting as fit as possible.
As a former dancer, runner, fitness instructor, and personal trainer, Les Mills was on my radar for decades. Based out of New Zealand, Les Mills is well known for their cutting-edge fitness programs and dynamic instructors.
So, when I was approached about trying their new Les Mills On Demand program, it was a no-brainer for me.
You can stream these workouts from your phone, tablet, laptop, or TV by downloading their free app.
Now, I know there are plenty of other online fitness programs out there, but I have never seen the amount and variety that Les Mills On Demand offers!
There are more than 800 workouts to select from, including: BARRE, dance, strength, cardio, HIIT, yoga, kickboxing, stationary biking, post-pregnancy, and even youth fitness!
The videos are motivating and sleek, not to mention the instructors know their stuff. New workouts are added weekly, so there’s always something new to try.
The cool thing is you don’t need equipment, but if you want to amp it up, they do have equipment you can buy.
What I’ve been doing is using Les Mills On Demand as cross-training with my gym workouts. I still go to the gym a few days a week and kill it on the cardio machines and weights. Then, every other day I do a Les Mills On Demand workout at home. I truly get the best of both worlds!
