Stitch Fix is easy, convenient, and so much fun!
To be honest, when I first heard of Stitch Fix, I was a bit wary. I thought that a clothing subscription service sounded too good to be true.
Boy, was I wrong!
Stitch Fix is the easiest, most stress-free subscription service I have ever used. And that’s saying a lot! I would consider myself somewhat of a connoisseur on this subject.
Let me explain how this convenient service works.
The first thing you need to do is create an online profile. Besides providing some personal information (height, weight, sizes, etc.), you will take a style quiz, so your stylist gets an idea of what type of pieces to send. The more specific your comments and notes are the better.
Once that’s finished, decide the date you want to receive your Fix and look forward to your package!
When your package arrives, it will include five pieces based on your style, fashion notecards on how to mix and match your apparel, an itemized bill, and a labeled Priority Mail envelope.
You have three days to try everything on and decide which ones you want to keep and/or return. If you want to return any or all pieces, just throw them in the labeled envelope and drop it off in a mailbox. It’s completely free to ship, and it really is that simple!
Providing online feedback on the pieces you received and leaving notes for your stylist will help him or her select items to your liking. The Stitch Fix website will send an email and direct you to do that after your box has shipped.
Another great feature is that you can select how often you would like to receive your Fixes – it doesn’t have to be monthly. Since I just received a bunch of summer pieces (photo above) that I love and am keeping, I’m going to hold off getting a new shipment for three months – right before school starts up again. For that one, I’m going to request some back-to-work clothes.
It’s a fuss-free way to shop, and it feels like a birthday present when it arrives. How great is that?

I hope you’ll check it out!
